Check storage space before requesting a larger gear list. If you plan to drive to the beach, consider the room in your vehicle with passengers and personal supplies aboard. If walking, ask about the complete access route rather than relying on distance to the shoreline.
Choose a beach access and check parking
Pinellas County's Indian Rocks Beach Access is at 1700 Gulf Boulevard and lists restrooms and showers. Use the park information for an outing; use your accommodation address for BeachDay delivery.
Consult the city's current parking information before driving. Its paid-parking pilot means older claims of free beach-access parking should not guide your plan. Follow the signs at the space you choose, including resident restrictions and county-specific arrangements.
Arrange a property-approved handoff
Ask your hotel or host how rental equipment may be received. Share permission, the exact building or unit, and clear handoff instructions with BeachDay when finalizing arrangements. Plan how gear will be ready for collection after the rental, especially around checkout.
Guests take gear to the beach, set it up, pack it down and return it to the accommodation after every visit. BeachDay does not set up on the sand or provide daily beach attendants.
