Choose chairs and shade for your group
Browse current packages and compare the gear with what your accommodation already provides. Count seats for everyone who wants to sit together, then consider shade and the items your group can transport. Current rates, package inclusions and rental duration requirements are kept in the offer and quote flow.
For equipment planning, read the Madeira Beach chair guide and umbrella guide. Ask the team about dimensions if a small vehicle or limited storage may affect your choice.
Think through beach access
The county beach access at 14400 Gulf Boulevard lists paid parking, restrooms and showers. Check its current information when planning an outing. Your accommodation may suggest another entrance, so confirm the route that works for your actual address.
Include steps, crossings and the distance on sand in your carrying plan. Assign gear among the people who can carry it, allowing for those also assisting children. If you request a cart, make sure it can be stored and transported along with the rest of the equipment.
Arrange delivery at your stay
Give BeachDay the property name, address and unit or building information. Ask your hotel or host how equipment may be received and share its permission and the agreed instructions. Plan pickup around your checkout arrangements so the whole rental has a clear handoff.
BeachDay delivers to the accommodation, not to a spot on the sand. Guests carry, set up and pack away the gear after each beach visit, then bring it back for end-of-rental collection. No beach attendant or daily setup service is included.
Request your Madeira Beach quote
Send your dates and gear choices for an estimate. The team confirms availability, final pricing and delivery arrangements. A quote request does not reserve equipment or confirm a booking. You can also call or text (727) 435-1700 with a property question.
