Pick an access that works with your accommodation
Your closest entrance may be the one your host recommends, while a planned drive calls for an access with suitable public parking. Ask about the entire route, including stairs, doors and any road crossing. A map's straight-line distance cannot answer those questions.
One official option is the county Madeira Beach Access at 14400 Gulf Boulevard, which lists restrooms, showers and paid parking. This is a public beach access, not a BeachDay rental counter. Check its current information before planning your outing around those facilities.
Count seats before extras
Start with everyone who wants to sit on the beach at the same time. Ask the accommodation whether it already provides usable chairs, then compare your remaining needs with BeachDay's current package contents. Specific gear shown in those lists is the basis for your request.
If chair height, dimensions or carrying weight are important, ask before confirming the rental. A product name or beach photograph is not enough to judge whether a chair suits a particular guest. Tell the team about the requirement you need to resolve rather than assuming a particular model is guaranteed.
Build a realistic carrying plan
For a couple, splitting chairs and a personal bag may be straightforward. For a group, assign loads in advance and account for everyone who will also be supervising children. A cart may consolidate the gear, but someone still needs to pull it and store it.
If driving, check folded-equipment dimensions against the vehicle and the space taken by passengers. If walking, keep the return journey in mind before filling a cooler or adding items. Review the Madeira Beach umbrella guide when shade is part of the plan.
Confirm where the gear can be received
BeachDay delivers to hotels and vacation rentals by arrangement and collects gear at the end of the rental period. Ask your property for permission to receive the equipment and identify the agreed handoff point. Supply clear building and unit details so the location is unambiguous.
You take the equipment onto the beach, set it up and return it to the accommodation after each visit. BeachDay does not provide on-beach attendants or daily setup. Keep the gear together so the agreed end-of-rental collection is straightforward.
Get pricing for your dates
See Madeira Beach delivery details and request a quote using your dates and group needs. Current duration requirements and estimates appear in the offer and quote flow. Availability, final price and arrangements require team confirmation; the request itself does not confirm a booking.
