Match the access to your day's plans
The city's public parking guide lists Upham Beach, the county beach access at 4700 Gulf Boulevard and Pass-a-Grille options. Use it to orient your trip, then check the route from your exact accommodation. One area's parking directions may not help with a beach day elsewhere.
If you are staying within walking distance of an entrance, ask the property about the route, steps and storage. If you plan to drive to a different beach, measure the space available for folded gear. Keep the beach destination separate from the accommodation address used for delivery.
Account for the people carrying the chairs
Make a list of the people who want seats, then a second list of the people able to carry equipment. Those numbers may differ. A group with children, or someone who needs assistance walking, should decide who handles each load before heading outside.
A cart can reduce the number of loose items, but it still has to fit along the access route and in your accommodation. If mobility or chair dimensions matter, describe the need to BeachDay before confirming gear. Standard beach chairs are not accessible transport devices.
Compare a complete gear list
Check current package inclusions for chair quantities, shade and other available gear. Start with any equipment your accommodation already supplies, and request the additional items that will be useful. Adding a package only makes sense if you can transport and use its contents.
Plan personal supplies separately: towels, water, sun protection and whatever you intend to eat. Do not infer drinks, ice or towel service from a chair rental. For shade planning, use the St. Pete Beach umbrella rental guide.
Arrange delivery where you stay
Ask your hotel or host to approve the planned equipment handoff. Give BeachDay the address, unit details and practical receiving instructions. Think through how the gear will be ready for pickup if your group checks out early.
BeachDay's service is accommodation delivery with collection after the rental. Guests take gear to the beach, set it up, pack it down and bring it back. A BeachDay quote does not include a place reserved on the sand or an attendant waiting at the access.
Send your dates for a quote
Read St. Pete Beach delivery information and request an estimate. The current offer sets rental duration requirements. The team confirms final price, availability and delivery arrangements separately, so submitting a request does not reserve gear or complete a booking.
