Decide where you will use the gear
Your beach destination may be near your accommodation or involve a drive. The city's access and parking guide includes Upham Beach, the county access and Pass-a-Grille. Use the relevant location when planning an outing instead of assuming every St. Pete Beach entrance has the same facilities.
Ask your host about the route guests use and whether there are steps, narrow passages or a road crossing. Include the distance on sand when deciding what to carry. A change of beach destination can also change how much equipment your group can comfortably manage.
Choose shade with your chairs
Start with the people who expect to sit together, then look at current BeachDay package contents. Compare the number of umbrellas and chairs in the package with your needs. Ask about dimensions and equipment details if shade coverage or transport space is essential to your decision.
Keep optional gear realistic. More items can mean a heavier load, a larger storage requirement and additional trips between your vehicle and the sand. A cart can combine equipment, but someone must pull it and bring it back at the end of the outing.
Set up using the supplied instructions
Guests are responsible for taking the umbrella to the beach, assembling it correctly, packing it down and returning it to their accommodation. Ask BeachDay about any unfamiliar components before the beach visit. Use the equipment according to its instructions and follow current beach directions.
Position your group so other people can use access routes. Leave yourself enough room to pack the gear without blocking a walkway. If conditions make the umbrella unsuitable for use, keep it closed and change your plan.
Plan an exit as well as an arrival
National Weather Service guidance calls for a substantial building or enclosed metal-topped vehicle when thunder is heard. An umbrella is not storm shelter. Know where your group will go and do not wait to secure rental gear before seeking safety.
Discuss any trip-change questions with the BeachDay team before confirming a rental. This guide does not establish weather refunds, replacement days or other terms. Keep the final arrangements with the provider you choose.
Request a quote for your stay
Read St. Pete Beach delivery details, get property permission for the equipment handoff and send your dates and gear needs. Current pricing and duration requirements are in the offer and quote flow. A request does not reserve inventory; availability, final price and arrangements require team confirmation. Pair this with the St. Pete Beach chair guide when planning seats.
