Plan for your part of Treasure Island
The city's beach guide distinguishes the wide mid-island beach from Sunshine Beach and Sunset Beach. The route from your property matters when choosing what to carry. Ask the accommodation which entrance to use and include the sand crossing in your plan.
If you drive, check gear dimensions against the available space in your vehicle. If you walk, look for steps, narrow passages and other practical constraints. A cart can combine equipment, but it still needs room to travel and somewhere to be stored.
Choose a package for the people using it
Compare current BeachDay packages with what your accommodation already provides. Count people who want seats at the same time, then add shade and extras your group can manage. Package contents, current pricing and rental duration requirements are on the offer and quote pages.
For a more detailed carrying checklist, read the Treasure Island chair-rental guide. Include any essential dimensions or equipment questions in your quote request so they can be resolved before confirmation.
Arrange a clear handoff at the property
Ask your hotel or host to approve receipt of the gear and tell you where it should be handed over. Share the address, unit or building details and receiving instructions with BeachDay. Think through how equipment will be ready for collection if your departure involves an early checkout.
Guests take the equipment to the beach, set it up and return it to the accommodation after each outing. BeachDay does not set chairs out on the sand, operate a beach concession or provide daily attendants. Public parking areas are not BeachDay pickup counters.
Request a Treasure Island quote
Send your dates and desired gear. The team confirms availability, final price and delivery arrangements separately; a request does not reserve inventory or confirm a booking. Call or text (727) 435-1700 for questions about your accommodation.
If you have not chosen where to stay, compare Madeira Beach and St. Pete Beach delivery information, then provide the final address when arranging delivery.
