Where to Eat in St. Pete Beach: Breakfast, Dinner and Gulf Views

St. Pete Beach dining spans the Corey Avenue area, the Gulf Boulevard resort strip and Pass-a-Grille. Start with your part of the beach city, then choose between a daytime café meal, a planned restaurant dinner and a Gulf-view stop.

Five choices in three parts of the city

These are St. Pete Beach addresses. Downtown St. Petersburg restaurants belong to a separate city outing. Pass-a-Grille is the southern part of St. Pete Beach, while Corey Avenue serves the northern shopping district; moving between them is a deliberate trip.

La Croisette for a Corey Avenue morning

La Croisette describes American breakfast and lunch with French influences. Its menu highlights croissant sandwiches, crêpes and quiches alongside pancakes, egg dishes, wraps and burgers. That makes it a useful starting point for a group that wants breakfast before browsing the Corey Avenue district.

La Croisette offers dine-in and takeout service. Its website accepts reservations for parties of eight or more and welcomes smaller groups as walk-ins. Lunch dishes are served Monday through Friday; weekend visits are for breakfast and brunch. Check current service times before planning a midday visit.

RumFish Grill for a dinner you plan in advance

RumFish Grill has a large aquarium occupying a dining-room wall. The setting is a concrete reason to consider it when the meal itself is part of the evening's entertainment. Its food overview describes seafood and steaks with Caribbean and Florida influences.

Use the restaurant's reservation page to arrange dinner, then review the linked current menus. The dining room and sports bar have different service schedules, so identify which experience you want when checking times. If aquarium seating is important, ask what the restaurant can accommodate; a booking alone does not promise a specific view. Plan to pay by card: the property is cashless and accepts major U.S. credit and debit cards.

Seahorse for breakfast or lunch in Pass-a-Grille

Seahorse Restaurant offers breakfast and lunch at 800 Pass-a-Grille Way. Published dishes include eggs with sides, French toast and seafood with cheese grits. The restaurant welcomes walk-ins and offers online pickup ordering.

Its current site lists Tuesday as a closed day. Check the latest hours before making it the start of a Pass-a-Grille outing. A breakfast-first plan leaves you free to walk around the neighborhood afterward; a late beach morning should instead account for the restaurant's daytime closing time.

Brass Monkey for crab cakes and a Gulf outlook

Brass Monkey highlights Maryland crab cakes at 709 Gulf Way, unit 200. It is an option for a group that wants a Gulf view with its meal. Call before making a special trip to confirm the current menu, seating arrangements and any access requirements.

Red, White & Booze for a dockside meal

Red, White & Booze, at 2007 Pass-a-Grille Way, offers dockside dining and weekend breakfast. Its food menu includes fish and chips, shrimp and grits, a black-bean burger and a children's section for ages 10 and under. The reservation page directs guests to call 727-360-3706 to reserve. This is farther north than the compact Eighth Avenue area, so map the actual route before combining it with a southern beach walk.

Turn the shortlist into a workable day

For a north-end stay, start with La Croisette, browse Corey Avenue and return to the accommodation before a beach session. On a separate evening, put RumFish dinner after a room break, so beach equipment and wet clothing are already stored. For a southern stay, build a morning around Seahorse and the Pass-a-Grille beach access, with an evening meal chosen independently.

Use our St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach lodging comparison if accommodation is still undecided. The city parking map distinguishes public spaces from permit areas. Use designated pay-by-plate spaces and avoid spaces marked as requiring a permit. Restaurant parking arrangements need their own check.

BeachDay delivers portable gear to St. Pete Beach accommodations for the wider stay. Guests carry and set up the equipment and bring it back before dinner. The chair rental guide can help plan that daily route.
